YACHT ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR

As the Yacht Accounts Coordinator at NauticALL, the employee will be engaged in daily Yacht Management practices, interaction with the YM Team, Fleet yachts and Owners as directed by the Yacht Accounts Manager. NauticALL is aiming to be first in line with quality of services to ensure an enjoyable experience for our owners but most importantly implement and cultivate a high level of transparency and safety standards on our fleet vessels. Communication is key, and the candidate must communicate efficiently and promptly any pertinent information. The Yacht Accounts Coordinator reports directly to the Yacht Accounts Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

– Assist and support the Yacht Accounts Manager in daily operations as directed.
– Review and prepare accurate monthly account reporting for the fleet.
– When assigned, act as point of contact for owners, captains and vendors for all financial and bank administrative
– Accounts payable and keeping our platform up to date for each yacht.
– Draft yearly budgets to be reviewed by the Yacht Accounts Manager and Captain to than be finalized/approved by the owners
– Monitor and manage bank accounts, credit cards for the crew and the financial performance of budget vs. actuals.
– Perform yacht administrative support duties as required by the office management Team.
– Monitor and liaise with crew employer for crew contracts, addendums, termination and severance terms, travel letters, payroll etc.
– Arrange payments as designated by the Yacht Accounts Manager and obtain owners/captains approval for yachts according to the operating budget
– Visit yachts whenever possible and as indicated by the Yacht Accounts Manager to interact and improve working relationship with crew and possibly clients.
– Cultivate a trustworthy relationship with Yacht Captains & Owners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Previous experience or education in accounting essential
– Fluent spoken and written English a must.
– Conversational in Spanish beneficial
– Exceptional Interpersonal and communication skills
– Experience working on board yachts desired
– Attention to details is essential
– Good understanding of employment practices and payroll process
– Thrives under pressure and embraces challenge

THE CANDIDATE MUST HOLD A US WORK AUTHORIZATION.
